3. Engagement Terms & Client
Responsibilities
To ensure a professional and efficient collaboration, the following conditions
apply:
Engagements begin upon formal written confirmation (typically post-discovery call or
intake form submission).
Clients are responsible for providing accurate company data, invoicing
details, and contact points.
In exceptional cases (e.g., consultant illness, infrastructure
disruption), we reserve the right to reschedule or reassign sessions. Prompt notice and alternative
dates will be provided.
Certain projects may require structured deliverables, scheduled
milestones, or timely client feedback to ensure proper execution.
4. Cancellations, Postponements
& Refunds
Our cancellation policy is designed to balance fairness and operational
integrity:
Clients may cancel an engagement within 14 calendar days of written
confirmation—only if no live sessions have occurred and no premium materials have been
delivered.
Cancellations outside this period are non-refundable unless due to force majeure or
administrative oversight.
If a cancellation is initiated by Mixup Consulting, clients will be
offered either full reimbursement or rescheduling at no extra cost.
5. Limitations of
Liability
Mixup Consulting provides strategic advice and implementation support, but cannot
guarantee specific financial or market outcomes.
Business results depend on multiple external and
internal factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by client-side
internet, hardware, or third-party tools.
Under no condition shall we be held responsible for
incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to
use—our services.
6. Professional Conduct & Appropriate Use
By working with us,
clients agree to uphold professional standards in all communications and interactions. This
includes:
Providing truthful, clear information regarding business goals and challenges
Using
all tools, strategies, and resources strictly for internal use
Demonstrating respectful behavior
towards consultants and team members
Avoiding any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or disruptive
conduct
Violations of this policy may result in termination of services without refund.

Confidentiality & Data Protection
Client data and confidentiality are treated with the
highest level of care. All personal, strategic, and operational information shared with us
is:
Processed in full alignment with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
Stored on encrypted
servers within the European Economic Area (EEA)
Accessed only by authorized personnel under
strict confidentiality agreements
Used solely for the purpose of service delivery, relationship

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of
